Glen Jensen, Agel Founder and CEO

Glen Jensen is an 18-year veteran of the network marketing industry, with humble roots beginning as a customer service representative while he was attending college. He believes that experience, and his subsequent climb up the network marketing ladder, was crucial to prepare him for that day in November 2004 when he envisioned the idea that has become Agel.

Agel was the result of a precise vision. Glen believed network marketing was an industry that could help change and influence the lives of all that it touched. He wanted to bring Agel to the world, and knew the company would redefine the entire nutritional industry with its unique Suspension Gel Technology. Agel utilizes revolutionary operations and processes that allow quick and effective market expansion and support around the globe.

Glen’s life outside Agel centers around his wife and five children. He enjoys fishing, traveling, 4-wheeler riding and is big on playing practical jokes.


Scott Bocklund, President and COO

Scott brings to Agel over 25 years of direct operations experience, having overseen the financing, strategic planning, international expansion, and global operations of a wide range of companies, from startup ventures to manufacturing concerns to top tier technology and software companies.

In Scott’s previous assignment, he was Senior Vice President for a prominent direct selling company in the health and wellness industry.

Scott is a leader in the identification and advancement of key performance drivers to maximize profitability and cash flow and has the proven ability to lead and grow organizations through any stage of development.

He is known for superior management skills in mentoring and developing employees while driving the organization forward in a participative and practical management style.

Scott has a BA in Chemistry and Accounting, an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Denise (but she goes by "Denny"), have 2 children.


Craig Bradley, Co-Founder and VP of Team Member Relations

Craig Bradley, long time friend and collaborator of Glen Jensen, was present for the genesis of Agel. When Glen dreamed up gel suspension technology, he called Craig with the idea. A 19-year veteran of the network marketing industry, Craig, knew he was on to something.

Craig and Glen lead Agel by playing against one another’s strengths. Older than most of the others on the executive team, Craig is likened to the experienced pilot who has logged the most hours. There are few business situations he hasn’t witnessed during his tenure in the industry. This wisdom proves vital to Agel time and again, and provides plenty of fodder for the analogies Craig is known to use to get his point across.

Craig has worked with more than 30 network marketing companies, including some of the largest, and co-founded Drive Marketing and ViaVent?. He spends much of his time in the field for Agel.

When he isn’t keeping up a fast pace for Agel, Craig runs four to five miles every day on his lunch hour in preparation for marathons. An avid skier, cyclist and horseman as well, he enjoys spending time with his wife and seven children.


Mica Moseley, EVP of Business Development and Agel Cares

Mica brings over 18 years of proven Sales Management experience heading up sales organizations for Fortune500 companies such as IKON, Kinko’s-FedEx and GMAC with a particular emphasis on aligning operational and informational systems to support sales growth. His broad expertise encompasses such critical areas as international market expansion, sales process development, sales model design, compensation modeling, training, and corporate and field marketing. He studied Economics at the University of Utah and continues to be an avid supporter.

Mica has always been active in professional and community organizations, serving as a Vice-Chair for the Mortgage Bankers Association Technology Committee and sitting on the boards of directors for the Snowbird Sports Education Foundation and the Utah East Africa Foundation. Mica has also been an avid supporter of Big Brothers & Sisters, Juvenile Diabetes and the Special Olympics.

He loves kids, sports and spending time with his wife and four children. His family is his pride and joy. Mica’s other passions include coaching football, baseball, and ski racing as well as fly fishing and competing in adventure racing.


Jesse Riddle, EVP Legal and General Counsel

Jesse L. Riddle received is Bachelors of Arts in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1988.

He is a member of the Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Texas and Utah Bars, and is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeal for the 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 10th Circuit. Mr. Riddle is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Riddle has assisted in creating, funding and operating numerous businesses. In 2002, Mr. Riddle was appointed to and served on the Board of Regents of Harris Manchester College of Oxford University, Oxford, England.

Mr. and Mrs. Riddle are the parents of five children. He and his wife Lisa have contributed generously to nonprofit organizations devoted to the advancement of education for at-risk and economically disadvantaged children.


Jeff Higginson, EVP of Global Sales

"What attracts people to Agel is the chance to build better lives for others while improving one’s own." Seen through this lens, Jeff Higginson is a perfect role model. When not traveling the globe to nurture a growing and enthusiastic team, Jeff can be found leading local city council meetings, volunteering as Santa Claus, coaching high school sports, or spending time with his wife and three children. Service to others is a formula that works for Jeff.

He honed his sales and marketing skills during a decade in the automotive industry that found him as the top salesman month after month after month — 79 straight months during one run, in fact. Numerous awards attest to his dedication and hard work.

Fortunately, Jeff isn’t all work and no play. An avid sports nut with a passion for fresh air and the sounds of a great ballgame.
