Advisory board chairperson Randy Gage is a classic American success story, rising from a minimum wage dishwasher to a multi-millionaire. He is a legend in the industry, arguably training more MLM millionaires than anyone alive.

His best seller, "How to Build a Multi-Level Money Machine" is considered by many to be the seminal textbook on how to build success in network marketing. He returned to the field with Agel after a five-year absence and built a huge network in record time, becoming the first Triple Diamond Director in Agel history.







Niti's journey to Agel has covered 17 years, three major network marketing companies and one enduring goal — to find that "dream opportunity." As a child, he dreamed of working on an oil platform. He studied hard and attended Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, the only university with a petroleum-engineering program.

Later he dreamed of trading in his alarm clock and finding financial freedom. Agel was the answer to that dream. Niti recently made history as Agel’s first Quadruple Diamond Director and he attributes his success to the same old virtues of dreaming big and working hard. Niti lives in Bangkok with his wife, Mukda Patt, who has an MBA in finance and works as a banker. The two of them recently welcomed twin baby boys into their home.




Ann Feinstein and her husband, David, have been married for 26 years and are living the network-marketing dream. Initially, as a high school English/Theater teacher, Ann moved to New York City where she met David, a leading business manager/accountant in the entertainment industry, and she became the director of research for a Park Avenue consulting firm.

As the classic two income professional couple, Ann and David entered the industry in 1987, and over the next 18 years built a global organization that expanded into 13 countries with over 100,000 team members. The last four years with Agel have been the most exciting time of their lives.

Now as Agel Double Diamond Directors, Ann and David are very proud of their Agel global team and their dedicated team leaders already spanning over 40+ global markets. The Feinsteins live in Yardley, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, with their 2 Maltese pups Teddy & Buddy, and new Yorkie TJ.



Dance has always been an intricate part of Alberto and Dafne Zirlinger’s lives so when Chen Bloom, a friend from Israel and former dance colleague contacted Alberto about a business opportunity, they thought it was related to performing and dancing. When Chen mentioned MLM, Alberto laughingly said he heard M&M and wondered what opportunity there was for them in bite-size chocolate candies. After further clarification, Chen directed Alberto to the company website to learn more about Agel.

Alberto and Dafne both fell in love with the products and the business opportunity. And together, they began building their own Agel business.

Now, as Agel Diamond Directors, Alberto and Dafne have created a thriving business in the MLM industry and one that they feel complements what they’ve done all their lives, which is strive for education, leadership and success.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Alberto and Dafne have lived in Mexico City for 19 years with their three children, Eitan, 14, and twins Alan and Ariel, 11.



Ata Mamedov began his network marketing career in 1995 and in just ten years became one of the most successful and reputable network marketers in the Eastern bloc. He became a top leader at his first network marketing company and wrote a best-selling book about the industry in the former Soviet Union.

In October 2007, Ata achieved his true prosperity when he married Oxana and became Agel’s twelfth Diamond Director. Ata and Oxana now travel throughout Russia and the Eastern bloc, organizing presentations and leader trainings. Ata credits the corporate leadership, the Agel team members around him, and the new product category of gel supplements for his continued success in Agel.




Fernando Gatti started his journey in the network marketing industry in 1989, and his life was changed forever.

In twenty years of growing experience he has had great satisfaction, becoming the Italian Leader of most success. He had the chance to meet great leaders from USA, Europe, and Russia, leaders that could see network marketing as a powerful industry.

Fernando and Silvana, heard about Agel in the beginning of 2008. It was the perfect time to put together their experience and knowledge to enhance the inestimable quality of Agel, in which they totally believed.

Fernando was born in Abruzzo. Before getting involved in network marketing he was a teacher in physical education and a trainer. Silvana worked as an executive secretary. They live together in Cormons, F. Venezia Giulia Region.

They have an ambitious goal: to rewrite the network marketing history in Italy.



Alberto brings a strong entrepreneurial background to his work here at Agel, having established himself in real estate and built several agencies in his previous work. Patrizia still works at the local hospital. She no longer needs the income but she is passionate about her work as a nurse and committed to helping people who suffer.

Together they have built their Agel business and, with their sponsors, Nando Gotti and Silvana Kurtin, they have made Agel Italy one of the hottest markets on the globe. Their trademarks are passion and professionalism. The motto they follow every day and have instilled in their entire team is: "If you believe you will succeed or fail, time will prove you right, because we are what we believe."

Alberto and Patrizia also work together to support their amazing family and raise two beautiful daughters, Ilaria and Marta. They enjoy spending time together and are lucky to live in Terni, a picturesque city in the heart of Italy complete with a Roman amphitheater and other 7th century architectural ruins.
